1. How long does it take to process an order?
We process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are $6.99 per order. We use FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery.
3. How long does it take to ship?
Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days, depending on destination. Shipping time does not include processing time.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order via our tracking page.
5. Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot cancel your order, but you can still use our returns policy.
6. Can I exchange or return my product?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all labels intact. Some special or promotional products may not be eligible for returns.
7. I have not received my product even though the tracking shows it has been delivered, what should I do?
If you have a problem with not receiving your item, or the tracking shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 working days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been processed. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately to consider the possibility of changing it.
