Return period: You can request a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Condition of the product: The product must be unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Exception: Products in end of season promotions or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the steps below:

Contact: Email our customer support team at [email protected]. Please provide your order number and reason for return so we can assist you promptly. Response time is 24-48 hours.

Packaging and Shipping: After the request is confirmed, please package the product carefully. We recommend using protective material to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation. The return address will be provided in our response email.

Package Tracking: We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking so that you can track the return process.

3. REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing prompt and fair refunds to our customers:

Product Inspection: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Refund Time: If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within 30 business days.

Note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are sorry to hear about this:

Notice: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the problem.

Returns: We will offer a free exchange or full refund if the item is defective, damaged, or not as ordered. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

5. CANCELLATIONS

At FashionBloomes.store, we understand that you may change your mind. If you would like to cancel your order, you can do the following:

Cancellation times: Please send a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order via email to [email protected] with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and refund you in full.

Note: After 24 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled, but you can still use the return policy if needed.
